We are proud to say that we offer a wonderful No Risk Return Policy at Your Dream Dress!

We know that you will love your designer gown and accessories! However, if you need to return an item, we are happy to help and offer a No Risk Return Policy at Your Dream Dress. We want to make sure that you feel confident purchasing your gown and accessories from Your Dream Dress and you’re thrilled with your purchase!

United States Brides:

When you receive the gown or accessory, you will need to contact us by email or telephone within (3) three days (72 hours) of receiving (signing for) to state if you will be keeping the item or returning it. The item would then need to be shipped back immediately by the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, fully insured (for your protection) and be received by us within (7) seven business days in the same condition as it was sent. After you have shipped the gown/item, you will need to email us the shipping carrier & tracking number for your return package within 24 hours of shipping the gown/item back to us so we are able to track the package.  Once we receive the item back at our location, we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the item was sent to you, we will refund the price of the item.  Gowns and accessories not returned in original, same condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee. Gowns and accessories must not be worn, altered, or washed, and must be free of stains, floor dirt/dust/debris, animal hair and pin marks. The shipping to you and from you would not be refunded, only the cost of the item.  If we would not hear from you requesting a return within (3) three days (72 hours) of receiving (signing for) the item, we would consider the item satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted.

International Brides:

When you receive the gown or accessory, you will need to contact us by email or telephone within (3) three days (72 hours) of receiving (signing for) to state if you will be keeping the item or returning it. After you have shipped the gown/item, you will need to email us the shipping carrier & tracking number for your return package within 24 hours of shipping the gown/item back to us so we are able to track the package.  Once we receive the item back at our location, we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the item was sent to you, we will refund the price of the item.  Gowns and accessories not returned in original, same condition may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
