United States Brides:
When you receive the gown or accessory, you will need to contact us by email or telephone within (3) three days of receiving (signing for) to state if you will be keeping the item or returning it. The item would then need to be shipped back by UPS, Fedex or USPS, fully insured (for your protection) and be received by us within (7) seven business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we receive the item back at our location we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the item was sent to you, we will refund the price of the item. The shipping to you and from you would not be refunded, only the cost of the item.
If we would not hear from you within (3) three days of receiving (signing for) the item, we would consider the item satisfactory and no returns/refunds would be accepted. International Brides
When you receive the gown or accessory, you will need to contact us by email or telephone within (3) three days of receiving (signing for) to state if you will be keeping the item or returning it. The item would then need to be shipped back by the Postal Service, UPS or FedEx, fully insured (for your protection) and be received by us within (14) fourteen business days in the same condition as it was sent. Once we receive the item back at our location we will inspect it and, if in the same condition as the item was sent to you, we will refund the price of the item. The shipping to you and from you would not be refunded, only the cost of the item.

We realize how excited you must be to receive your dream dress and/or accessories! So we always do our very best to ship our items out the same day or by the next business day, once your payment has cleared.
We ship all of our gowns through the United Parcel Service (UPS) for United States addresses and the United States Postal Service (USPS) for International addresses. All of our gown shipments are sent fully insured and with signature required to insure that your gown arrives safely to your location. We provide a number of different shipping options for United States addresses, such as UPS ground, UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day or UPS overnight service, so that you can receive your dream dress as quickly as possible.
Our shipping rates include postage, full insurance, signature required (for gowns and select packages), and a small handling fee for packaging supplies.
Most of our smaller items (accessories), such as sashes, headpieces, veils, etc. will be shipped by the United States Postal Service (USPS) unless you would personally choose the United Parcel Service (UPS) service at checkout.
International addresses (Non-U.S.): Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding / buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. Please do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Are the gowns 100% authentic designer couture bridal gowns?
Yes, all of the gowns at Your Dream Dress are 1st quality and 100% Authentic. We only purchase our gowns from authorized high-end couture bridal salons and also directly from the actual designers.
Are the gowns brand new?
Some of the gowns that we offer are brand new and in mint condition. However, most of the gowns that we receive are samples from high-end couture bridal salons or overstock from designers. Most likely, the gowns that are from retail stores have been tried on at least once. We personally inspect each gown as it is inventoried for any flaws. Gowns are sent to a professional bridal gown cleaner and professional seamstress, if needed, so the gown is in ready to be walked down the aisle condition when the bride receives it. We understand that you want to look your best and strive to offer you a designer gown of excellent quality and condition.
How do I take my measurements?
Do not take the measurements yourself. Ask a friend to help you or have your measurements taken by a professional tailor or seamstress. Make sure to measure yourself (with undergarments only) and compare to the dress measurements listed with the gown. Keep in mind that Evening/Bridal dresses usually run differently (usually 1-2 sizes smaller) than daywear. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. We are always glad to help. Why shouldn't I buy my designer gown from a retail store?
You certainly can purchase your gown from a retail bridal salon. However, why spend $1000's more on the same gown to only wear it for a few hours!! The huge savings can definitely help you afford other items that will make your wedding day amazing! By purchasing your gown from Your Dream Dress, you can have the designer gown of your dreams for 40 to 90 percent less than what is sold in retail stores! Your Gowns are Gorgeous! Do you sell anything else?
Yes. Your Dream Dress offers designer wedding accessories at similar discounts as our designer gowns…20 to 90 percent off the retail price! We have beautiful headpieces, veils, combs, tiaras, sashes, shoes, etc to complete your dream look. We are constantly adding new items to our website, so please make sure you list us in your favorites and check back weekly for new listings!
Where is Your Dream Dress located?
We are located outside of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and have been working in the bridal industry for over 16 years. We are able to ship worldwide, excluding a few select international destinations.
Can I come to try on the dress in person?
At this time, we do not offer try-ons/ pickups at our location. In order to keep our prices the lowest possible for our brides, we work over the internet only. We believe in selling couture designer bridal gowns that are in excellent condition at an exceptional price and savings! By not having a brick and mortar store front, we are able to price our gowns at a very low price due to not having the overhead that a retail location would have. Also, this allows us to keep the gowns in the same condition as stated versus having a retail location with gowns being continually tried on.
Does Your Dream Dress advertise?
We do advertise in the national bridal publications, top blogs and wedding related wedbsites through the year. Please see our national advertisements in Martha Stewart Weddings, Instyle Weddings, Elegant Bride, Bride Noir, Modern Bride and Bride's.
How soon will I receive my wedding dress?
We pride ourselves in prompt delivery and service. All of our gowns and accessories are available for immediate delivery. This is a huge benefit to our brides!! Especially when you compare the timeframe to purchasing your gown from a bridal salon, which could take up to nine months to arrive!
What shipping methods do you use?
For United States shipments, we currently use the United Parcel Service (UPS). Our shipping/handling costs are based on UPS ground delivery service. All of our gown shipments are sent fully insured and with signature required to insure that the gown arrives safely to your location. Also, if you would need a faster shipping method, we are always happy to provide an expedited UPS service method to our brides, such as 3 day air, 2 day air or overnight, at an additional cost. That is not a problem at all.
For International shipments, we currently use the United States Post Office (USPS). Our shipping/handling costs (for bridal gowns) are based on global express service with full insurance.
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping (excluding a few select international locations).
Will the gown be safe getting to me?
Your dream dress will be shipped fully insured and with signature required. Your gown is one of the most important items when planning a wedding and we want to make sure that your gown arrives safely. Also, the gown will be sent in a complimentary zippered bridal gown bag for safety and also for easy storage and tranporting later.
How do I pay for my wedding dress?
Once you have chosen your dream dress, please submit your payment within 3 days. If the item is not paid for within the above timeframe the item will be automatically re-listed to our website. We accept credit cards by phone (Visa/Mastercard, Discover and American Express) and Paypal with confirmed shipping addresses. (International Buyer: Customs/duty fees are the responsibility of the buyer.)
What is your return policy?
We know that you will love your designer gown! However, if you need to return it, we are happy to help. We want you to feel confident that you are choosing the dress of your dreams and your happy with your purchase! Will I have any additional charges?
All shipping/handling/insurance charges are stated to the customer upon purchasing the gown. The only additional shipping charges that you would incur would be if you would choose expedited shipping.
What is the condition of your gowns?
All of our gowns are 100% authentic and in excellent condition-unless otherwise stated. None of our gowns have been worn to an actual wedding/event. Most dresses have never been tried on or have been tried on only a few times. Most of our gowns have already been professionally cleaned by one of the best gown cleaners in the bridal industry, Imperial Gown, www.gown.com, so each gown is ready to be worn down the aisle. Sample bridal gowns may have a few minor marks, pulls, flaws or dust/dirt on the hem, etc that we feel are minor unless otherwise stated.
