Oh my word... I absolutely LOVE my dress!!! It definitely needs to be taken in about four or five inches on the top. The fabric is fabulous and I am so excited! Yesterday I was like a little kid at Christmas waiting for the UPS guy! I need your phone number so I can keep in touch. Eight months ahead of my wedding, I ordered a VERY expensive couture gown from a well-known, upscale retailer. And upon discovering, 5 weeks before my wedding, that the dress they sent me was not the dress I ordered, I was left without a dress for my wedding!! I'm so glad I found you -- even with the shipping and the alterations, I still saved a bundle of money. And the best part is that had I been given the choice between the two dresses from the beginning, I would've bought this Carolina Herrera from you! You guys went above and beyond, stressing about getting the dress sent as soon as humanly possible, changing the delivery address for me halfway through the shipment, and following up with me afterwards to make sure everything was okay. My 'Elie Saab' veil came in the mail today! I couldn't wait to open the box... I was a little anxious -because buying something so important through "the net" is very scary. But when I opened it I was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful way you wrapped it with turquoise paper and satin ribbon. It gave back the "special feeling" that can be lost in an EBay transaction. It felt as though I was receiving a gift. -Thank You for that.

Here is Lila’s official portrait in the Reem Acra Beloved gown we got from you back in July of 2007. It was stunning and she looked wonderful in it. We found a seamstress at a shop in Charlotte that carries Reem Acra and they did a beautiful job of fitting and bustling it for us. I am going to try and send you one of her full length as well. You mentioned that you liked to get photos of the brides in the dresses. Please know that we were 100% satisfied and appreciate the great customer service we received!

Hi Kim!

Guess what? My cousin surprised me last night and came over and dropped off the dress for me! She braved the weather for me, what a sweetie = ) Later, she admitted she was excited and couldn't wait any longer to see the dress on me.

The dress is absolutely beautiful/gorgeous/magnificent!!! The pictures don't do it justice, omigosh, I love it! The best thing is that it fit me perfectly! I just need to get it hemmed up in the front! I feel soooo beautiful in it....ahhh, I'm totally in heaven Kim!

Do you happen to know the best way that I can store my gown? My wedding is in another 6 months (way too long, I want to wear the dress now!) but I want to make sure it's in immaculate shape until then.

I was very nervous about buying my gown over the internet without ever talking to you in person or actually seeing the gown and trying it on but this experience has been the most enjoyable in my wedding planning process! Thanks again Kim, it's the best Christmas gift to myself ever! LOL.

The dress arrived this evening and I can tell you I was shaking as I opened the box!!! The dress is the most beautiful dress I have ever seen! It is everything you described it would be.
