Bublé’s Bride Dons Three Gowns!

Longtime bachelor, Michael Bublé got married on April 8^th to Argentinean actress Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre who wore three different gowns to celebrate her marriage! The couple participated in a civil ceremony on the 6^th, where Luisana wore an adorable short violet dress with crystal detailing.

It was on Saturday that the couple had a religious ceremony and reception where the beautiful bride wore a gown by Argentinean designer, Sylvie Burstin. Then during the outdoor ceremony, which combined big-band and South American musical classics, Luisana wore a gorgeous Marchesa gown.

The couple is also rumored to be having a second reception in Vancouver, British Columbia, near Bublé’s Canadian hometown. We can’t wait to find out the dresses she’ll be wearing then! Reese Witherspoon Wedding Details Revealed!

After we announced Reese’s wedding a few weeks ago, and that she would be wearing couture bridal gown by designer Monique Lhuillier, we couldn’t wait to find out more details! Their wedding took place in the bride’s $6.95 million dollar home on Saturday, March 26 in her very own backyard in Ojai, California.

Only 120 guests were invited to the couple’s private ceremony, including Scarlett Johansson, Renee Zellweger, Robert Downy Jr., and Matthew McConaughey. Reese’s nieces were the flower girls, and both of her children were in the wedding party! We love a good old fashioned family affair when it comes to weddings, and according to sources, the reception has a rustic theme.

And now to the best part: The Dress. Reese wore her hair down, and both mother and daughter matched in custom Monique Lhuillier gown. Reese’s dress was incredibly romantic, pale pink, with a long pink sash under the bust. She stunned in this timelessly romantic look, and we think she absolutely nailed it!

When asked about the dress she said, “The wedding was a wonderful experience. Everything went perfectly, right down to the dress which I just loved. Monique made it especially for me. She’s been a family friend of Jim’s for a very long time and it was an honor to be able to go to her atelier and have her make one of her beautiful gowns for me. I was just delighted.”

Supermodel to Marry Rock Star!

Instead of walking down the runway, it has been announced that Victoria’s Secret Supermodel, Lily Aldridge is going to be walking down the aisle. She will be marrying her rocker fiancé Caleb Followill, the frontman for the Kings of Leon, in California this May.

This adorable couple has been dating since July 2007 and got engaged last September. According to the New York Post’s Page 6, the two have invited fellow Victoria’s Secret models Chanel Iman and Rosie Huntington-Whitely, and Maroon 5 frontman Adam Levine. Sounds like this wedding is going to be filled with beautiful people!

At only 25-years-old Lily has already modeled for Levi and JCrew, but it wasn’t until 2009 that she earned one of the most coveted positions in the modeling industry and became a Victoria’s Secret Angel. We’re sure she is going to look incredible no matter what she wears, but we can’t wait to see what this beautiful brunette’s gown is going to look like! Ever since Reese ended her first marriage to Ryan Phillipe in 2007, she has been spotted dating a few Hollywood A-listers, but reports have confirmed that America’s sweetheart is engaged to talent agent, Jim Toth.

The two lovebirds have kept their whirlwind romance under wraps since it began in January of 2010, and we’re sure their wedding will be as beautiful and intimate as the couple themselves.

Their wedding is scheduled to take place at her home in California on the 26^th of this month. Nothing like a beautiful spring wedding in your own backyard! Well fashion supermodel and designer, Kate Moss, has decided to give the do-it-yourself approach a whole new meaning by creating her very own wedding dress! She is expected to wed longtime boyfriend Jamie Hince on July 2^nd in a gown of her creation.

Moss has already created a line of handbags for Longchamp and clothes for Topshop, but this will be her first wedding dress design. Revered gown designer Vivienne Westwood, is one of Kate’s longtime friends and she told reporters that “She knows what she is doing, she doesn’t need my help. Kate is my mate. I’ve known her for years and I’m really happy for her.”

The verdict is out on whether Kate will be designing her bridesmaid dresses as well, but we definitely can’t wait to see her dress! A Must See! Preston Bailey’s New Book “Celebrations”

Sunday evening, I visited our local Borders Book Store and found this absolutely fabulous and definitely very inspirational book by the Most Wonderful Gentleman and Celebrity Event Planner, Preston Bailey. His new book is titled ”Celebrations: Lush Flowers, Opulent Tables, Dramatic Spaces, and Other Inspirations for Entertaining”. The book is filled with lavish, opulent events and parties that take you away to a dream world filled with the sparkling glow of candlelight and glorious arrangements of thousands upon thousands of orchids and roses!

Preston’s book is a must have for every bride and anyone that is planning a special party or event! Whether you are planning an event with an endless budget or a small intimate party, you will be able to take a piece of his lavish designs and make them your own. I personally love all of Preston’s books because they are so inspirational and dreamy. But, most of all, I love to take a little piece of the design, such as a table setting or a napkin accented with a colorful, fragrant orchid and transition the look into my own party design. Ivanka Trump – A Breathtaking Bride!

Ivanka Trump was the epitomy of glamour and elegance on her wedding day, October 25, 2009. She married her true love and media mogul fiance, Jared Kushner. The wedding and reception took place at her father’s luxurious club, Trump National Golf Club, in Bedminster, New Jersey. With only 3 months to plan, Ivanka called upon the very best wedding professionals to create her dream day. Her Vera Wang wedding dress was custom designed personally by Vera Wang and was inspried by Grace Kelly. The gown was modern, yet very feminine of chantilly lace and silk tulle. Her bridesmaids wore beautiful dresses created by Carolina Herrera, (who is also a favorite designer of mine). Ivanka completed her bridal look by wearing exquisite diamond jewelry from her own jewelry collection, Ivanka Trump Fine Jewelry Collection, which was valued over $265,000. And, I almost forgot to mention that her bridesmaids also wore diamond jewelry from her jewelry collection! Ahh…to be a bridesmaid for Ivanka Trump!! Ivanka definitely did not disappoint. Every detail was flawless from the gown, jewelry, flowers, cake and so on. She definitely epitomized what every little girl dreams of for her wedding day!
